SPORTS PERFORMANCE
Our Sport Performance Group is designed for athletes ready to train at a higher level and take a more serious approach to their development.
This is a small group training environment with limited space, allowing for individualized coaching, direct feedback, and programming built around each athlete's sport and training season — including off-season, pre-season, and in-season considerations. Sessions address strength, speed, power, conditioning, and movement quality based on where the athlete is in their year.
Athletes are not locked into a single class time. Multiple training windows are available throughout the week, and sessions can be reserved through our scheduling system — giving families flexibility around summer travel, camps, and changing schedules.
All programming is delivered through TrainHeroic, where athletes can view workouts, log results, and track progress over time. Coaches use the same data to monitor development and adjust programming as needed.
This program is best suited for athletes with previous experience in one of our programs.
Frequently Asked Questions
Is the Performance program the same as the Teen Strength and Conditioning program?
No, these programs are different programs, on a different schedule.
What's the main difference in the programming?
Performance is built to each athlete's sport season: off-season builds the base, pre-season sharpens speed and power, in-season keeps them durable.
How old does my child need to be to join the program?
Athletes must be at least 13 years old or previous experience in our program. No exceptions.
Is this program appropriate if my child is new to strength training?
New athletes are encouraged to participate in our strength and conditioning programs prior to starting with our performance group.

Most athletes train 2–3 days per week. Training frequency is guided by the athlete’s age, sport schedule, and time of year (off-season, pre-season, or in-season).
How is scheduling different than in the Teen S&C program?
Performance is ongoing. Athletes stay enrolled year-round, with the work shifting as their sport season shifts. Billed in 4-week continuous cycles until you cancel. Teen S&C runs in 8-week sessions with a defined start, defined end. One charge, no auto-renewal. Re-enroll when the next session opens.

Performance athletes reserve sessions across multiple training windows each week through our scheduler. No fixed class time — book the sessions that fit your week.
How long is each training session?
