Team Sports Performance Programs

Northside Athletics offers structured Performance Training for teams looking to improve strength, conditioning, and overall athletic development.

Teams follow periodized strength and conditioning programs designed to support Off-Season, Pre-Season, and In-Season training needs. Programs are structured to help athletes develop strength, power, and durability while managing training demands throughout the competitive year.

Teams typically train 1–3 sessions per week, allowing athletes to build consistent progress while supporting their sport schedule.

All sessions are led by certified strength and conditioning coaches who provide technical instruction, structured programming, and a safe, well-organized training environment.

The Right Training at the Right Time

Off-season, Pre-season, In-season

Each phase demands something different from your athletes. We build the program around your calendar so training always serves the season, never fights it.

Schedule a Consultation

Before anything else, we want to talk with you. Every team is different — different sports, different schedules, different athletes. The consultation is where we learn about your team and figure out what a program actually looks like for your situation.

We will cover:

  • Your sport and competitive schedule

  • Where your athletes are in their season (off-season, pre-season, or in-season)

  • Training frequency that works around your practice and competition calendar

  • What your athletes need most right now

This is a no-pressure conversation. We want to make sure this is the right fit for your team before either of us commits to anything.

Complete the Team Contract

Once we have aligned on the program structure, we will send over the Team Strength and Conditioning Services Agreement. This document outlines everything so there are no surprises.

Here is what you need to know going in:

  • Pricing Sessions are billed per athlete, per session. A minimum billing for 10 athletes are required.

  • Billing Services are billed monthly following the completion of sessions. Invoices are sent to your designated Account Manager with a copy to the Head Coach.

  • Commitment The minimum commitment is one month. We strongly encourage full-season engagement so your athletes can benefit from periodized programming across every phase of the season. Month-to-month continuation is available after the initial commitment period.

  • Session Frequency Teams commit to a minimum of one session per week and a maximum of three. The first four weeks require a minimum of two sessions per week to establish athlete baselines and build the program structure.

  • Cancellations Sessions cancelled with more than 24 hours notice can be rescheduled at no charge within the same calendar month. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours notice are charged at the full session rate. Game travel and weather-related cancellations are excused.

We can accommodate teams up to 18 athletes

Athlete’s must be in 6th grade or higher.

The contract requires signatures from the Northside Athletics representative, your Account Manager, and your Head Coach.

Once the contract is signed, we schedule your first sessions. Every new team begins with a mandatory four-week Foundations phase at a minimum of two sessions per week.

This phase is not optional and it is not filler. It is where we do the work that makes everything else effective:

  • Athlete movement assessments to identify strengths and limitations

  • Introduction to foundational movement patterns and technique

  • Establishment of individual athlete baselines for strength and conditioning

  • Program design built around your team's sport, positions, and season phase

All programming is delivered through TrainHeroic, where athletes can view workouts, log results, and track progress. Coaches use that same data to monitor development and adjust the program as needed.

By the end of the Foundations phase, your athletes are moving well, your coaching staff understands the program structure, and we have everything we need to build toward your season goals.

A few things to have ready before the first session:

  • A signed Northside Athletics Liability Waiver on file for every participating athlete. No athlete trains without a completed waiver.

  • Athlete roster with ages confirmed. All participating athletes must be a minimum of 10 years old.

  • Your team's competition calendar so we can build the program around your schedule from day one.
