Barbell is Northside Athletics' signature small-group training program — built around you, your starting point, and your goals. Beginners find their footing. Experienced athletes find their edge. Everyone finds their people. Each session is led by certified strength coaches who challenge you safely, scale programming to your level, and keep things fresh with dynamic, varied workouts. We blend strength training, conditioning, and injury prevention so you're not just getting stronger — you're building a body that lasts. All in one hour. All in a gym that genuinely feels like home.
