The Northside Athletics Foundations program focuses on developing fundamental strength and conditioning skills necessary to ensure success in our fitness programs.
Foundations consists of 5 private training sessions with one of our Strength & Conditioning coaches.
Athletes will be introduced to our methods and understand what to expect when joining one of our programs.
Athletes will learn proper technique for each of the 6 foundational patterns: Squat, Hinge, Press, Pull, Lunge & Carry.
