Barbell

The Northside Athletics’ Barbell program focuses on building functional strength using the foundational movements: Squat, Press, Row, Hinge, Lunge and Carry. Your program will be tailored to your specific needs.

New attendees are encouraged to register for our On-Ramp course prior.

Beginner to Intermediate athletes welcome!

  • Classes are 8 weeks long

  • 2 or 3 Coached Sessions / Week

  • Spaces are limited to maximize coach to athlete ratio.
