TEEN STRENGTH FOUNDATIONS
Our goal is simple: We want to provide the foundation for a healthy & fit lifestyle.
The Northside Athletics Teen Foundations program focuses on developing fundamental strength and conditioning skills necessary to ensure success in our athletic programs.
Foundations consists of 3, 30-minute private training sessions with one of our Teen Strength & Conditioning coaches.
Athletes will be introduced to our methods and understand what to expect when joining one of our athletic programs.
Athletes will learn proper technique for each of the 6 foundational patterns: Squat, Hinge, Press, Pull, Lunge & Carry.
Enrollment is required PRIOR to starting in our Teen Strength & Conditioning programs.
