Barbell: Women’s Power Hour

The Northside Athletics’ Barbell program focuses on building functional strength using the foundational movements: Squat, Press, Row, Hinge, Lunge and Carry. Your program will be tailored to your specific needs.

This class is for any woman or girl aged 14 and older. Bring your mom, daughter, or friend for hour long barbell classes two days a week. Any level is welcome. 

New attendees are encouraged to register for our Foundations course prior.

Fall 2024 Schedule

Start Date: November 12th, 2024

2 Options available:
Tuesday & Thursday @ 5pm - 6pm: $275
Tuesday / Thursday & Saturday @ 5pm-6pm & 10am: $400

Ages: 14+

Small group instruction to maximize teacher to athlete ratio. Athletes are met at their current level of athletic ability.
