Our goal is simple: We want to provide the foundation for a healthy & fit lifestyle.

The Northside Athletics Teen Strength & Conditioning program focuses on developing proper lifting technique, gaining muscle mass, enhancing vertical, improving conditioning and increasing sprint velocity.

Mon/Wed/Thur: 1PM - 2PM
Mon/Wed/Thur: 4PM - 5PM

Spaces are limited to maximize coach to athlete ratio.

All new athletes must register for our Teen Foundations Course prior to starting the class.
