Pregnant and postpartum women.
Women who want to improve coordination, integration and strength of the core and pelvic floor muscles during exercise.
Women who have had pelvic floor physical therapy and want to safely increase exercise intensity.
Spaces are extremely limited to provide a more personalized experience.
